Emotional Graffiti is a transformative workshop experience.

You'll be led through an authentic self-inquiry journey using provocative intuitive painting techniques, guided visualizations, journal prompts, group sharing, and the magic of gathering in the moment with other growth-minded women. Turn inward to unfold into the next steps of your empowered life path. Leave rejuvenated by the fires of creativity, camaraderie, and a deep connection to your inner self.

Not an artist? Perfect!

This workshop is appropriate for the non-artist and the accomplished artist alike. Instruction and painting materials are used as tools to draw out and empower your personal inner landscape rather than to teach participants to compose a traditional piece of art. No painting experience necessary. All art materials for the workshop will be provided by your facilitator and are included with your retreat fee.

The four part workshop curriculum is developed and facilitated by Artist and Emotional Wellness Life Coach, Amy Turner.
