Emotional Graffiti is a transformative workshop experience.

You'll be led through an authentic self-inquiry journey using provocative intuitive painting techniques, guided visualizations, journal prompts, group sharing, and the magic of gathering in the moment with other growth-minded women. Turn inward to unfold into the next steps of your empowered life path. Leave rejuvenated by the fires of creativity, camaraderie, and a deep connection to your inner self.

Not an artist? Perfect!

This workshop is appropriate for the non-artist and the accomplished artist alike. Instruction and painting materials are used as tools to draw out and empower your personal inner landscape rather than to teach participants to compose a traditional piece of art. No painting experience necessary. All art materials for the workshop will be provided by your facilitator and are included with your retreat fee.

The four part workshop curriculum is developed and facilitated by Artist and Emotional Wellness Life Coach, Amy Turner.

Sink into your surroundings.

Enjoy free time throughout the program to enjoy the 100+ acres of the beautiful Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge grounds.

Explore the woods on an ambling hike, cozy up with a book, or tuck away for a well deserved nap. There is a sauna, kayaks, rowboats, and board games for use throughout your stay. Gracious lodge owners are onsite to help point you in the right direction.

Be supported.

You'll enjoy a deep guided relaxation experience called Yoga Nidra at the workshop, set to a Tibetan Singing Bowl sound bath.

Additionally, you will have the option to participate in a Yin Yoga Asana practice scheduled during free time and led by RYT 200 Yoga Instructor Jaylyn Giotto. Yin yoga asanas (postures) are slow moving, restorative poses to keep you balanced in mind, body, and spirit. This is a wonderful optional way to support yourself at camp after workshop hours.

Participants can bring a yoga mat from home or borrow one of ours if needed.

Nourish yourself.

Dine on nutritiously balanced meals made with love by Yogi and Nutritionist, Jaylyn Giotto. Enjoy hearty salads, handmade breads, delicious pulled pork/chicken tacos, and more. All meals from Sunday evening's dinner through Wednesday morning's breakfast are included in your retreat fee.

NOTE ~ Camp snacks like trail mix and snack bars will be available Monday and Tuesday afternoon, though you are encouraged to pack personal snacks to bring with you if you'd like! There is not a grocery store or restaurant near Pinecrest Northwoods Lodge. The nearest grocery store is a 30 minute drive from the retreat.
